Freedom to Live Fully
"Organic Intelligence (OI) is a theory and clinical practice of human empowerment, resiliency, and compassion to resolve the devastating effects of stress, trauma, and PTSD. It breaks new ground in positive psychology, clinical training, professional expertise, and personal development.
Individual OI Sessions
I do not currently have any openings for new clients for personal sessions.
A freely offered program - 30 days of guided meditations
Receive an 8-10 minute daily guided meditation as well as specific invitations for bringing the practice into your moment-to-moment life.
There are many ways to contribute. Please allow yourself to feel and appreciate your own generosity as you contribute in any of these ways.
Dedication to Practice
A regular practice can offer so much into the world. This includes meditation practices with an intention towards awakening, or practices to bring more kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity for yourself and others into the world.
Supporting your Community
Supporting those who can use some extra care in your community is an important way to express generosity locally. Simple kindness towards strangers you interact with. Awareness and care for those who are being oppressed and suppressed societally and otherwise. Or helping meet someone’s basic needs, as in donations to organizations that offer food and shelter.
Donations to Support Robin
In the Buddhist tradition, the teachings are offered freely and the community supports those bringing the teachings. If you would like to support my continued teachings, you can make a financial contribution to me at:
Recognizing and Cultivating Compassion
Saturday, July 31, 2021 from 8:30 - 9:30am PDT
Compassion is a pillar of both Organic Intelligence(r) and Buddhism. Yet what do we mean by compassion and how do we cultivate it? How does compassion relate to our fundamental nature, including our biology? How do we experience compassion differently through the three phases of OI, and as a client, an as a therapist?
In this Clinical Mindfulness webinar, OI Faculty and meditation teacher Robin Craig will explore these questions in dialogue with Andi Scott Dumas, another longtime meditator and OI Mentor.
For more information and to join Robin and Andi live, visit the OI Clinical Mindfulness website here.
